For those of you who wanted the recipe for the RAW pasta sauce yesterday,here it is!
2 tomatoes
1/8 of a red onion
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp of dried basil
1 tsp light agave
1/4 cup of sun dried tomatoes
A drizzle of olive oil
1/4 tsp of sea or himalayan salt
1/4 tsp cayenne (optional)
Throw all ingredients in the food processor or blender and blitz till it’s the texture you like. Spoon over raw pasta and enjoy! NOTE: You can also throw in a couple handfuls of walnuts to make more of a “meaty” sauce.
